Satin Pothos

Satin Pothos prefers bright indirect light but can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves and cause them to fade or develop brown patches.

Water the Satin Pothos when the top inch of the soil feels dry. Allow excess water to drain away to prevent root rot. During winter or cooler months, reduce watering frequency as the plant's growth slows down.

Maintain moderate to high humidity levels, ideally between 50-70%. Use a humidifier or mist the leaves occasionally to increase humidity, especially in dry indoor environments.

Keep the Satin Pothos in a warm environment with temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). Avoid exposing it to cold drafts or extreme temperature fluctuations.

Feed monthly with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength during the growing season (spring and summer). Skip fertilizing in winter when growth slows down.

Satin Pothos is toxic if ingested and can cause irritation to pets and humans. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Use well-draining soil to prevent waterlogging and maintain good root health. Prune the Satin Pothos regularly to control its size and encourage bushy growth. Satin Pothos can be propagated easily through stem cuttings. Simply cut a healthy stem below a leaf node and place it in water or moist soil to root.
