We use a Next Day Delivery service on all orders:
Standard & Premium Delivery: We always send your plants & pots to you on a next day delivery service so the plants spend the least amount of time in darkness as possible. If you select Premium Delivery, our team will prioritise packing and shipping your order, whereas with Standard Delivery we will ship your order within a 3 - 5 working day timeframe. If we can send your order out to you faster, we will do.
Premium Delivery: Order before 2:00pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. This excludes bank holidays and delivery on weekends or Mondays.
For example, if you place an order on Wednesday before 2:00pm, we will aim to send your parcel out that evening to arrive on Thursday. If you place an order on Saturday your order will be shipped on Monday to arrive Tuesday. Once they leave our studio you will receive a notification from our delivery partner so you can track your parcel.
If in 3 working days your order has still not arrived, please get in touch with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will sort this for you.
Plants are our jam and we want to ensure you love and care for them as much as we do. For this reason, we guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and our plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. We take great pride in the way we take care, prep and protect our plants for transit.
As living beings, plants don’t always take well to drastic changes to their environment and temperature, so some minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected and TLC will always be required upon arrival. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and begin to thrive.
If your plant or pot arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact our Customer Happiness team at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you further. (Please note: We are unable to process refunds after 30 days and repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 30 days will void our 30 day guarantee).

We deliver nationwide throughout the UK, with the exceptions of the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. Any order put through with a delivery address in these regions will be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tracking Your Parcel
Our delivery partner will email you with an hour-long time slot on the morning of your delivery, and the opportunity to leave instructions for the courier - such as "leave in a safe place" or "deliver to a neighbour".
We recommend always following the tracking link and changing your preferences to ensure that your plant is not returned to a depot or left in the box longer than it needs to be. Leaf Envy cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe space.
Returns & Damages
Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible, and we'll take care of you. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement.
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages. As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since there may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.
If you are looking to return your pot, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know you’re returning the item and we will send you the correct returns address and process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the condition we sent it out.
