We use a Next Day Delivery service on all orders:

Standard & Premium Delivery: We always send your plants & pots to you on a next day delivery service so the plants spend the least amount of time in darkness as possible. If you select Premium Delivery, our team will prioritise packing and shipping your order, whereas with Standard Delivery we will ship your order within a 3 - 5 working day timeframe. If we can send your order out to you faster, we will do.

Premium Delivery: Order before 2:00pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. This excludes bank holidays and delivery on weekends or Mondays.

For example, if you place an order on Wednesday before 2:00pm, we will aim to send your parcel out that evening to arrive on Thursday. If you place an order on Saturday your order will be shipped on Monday to arrive Tuesday. Once they leave our studio you will receive a notification from our delivery partner so you can track your parcel.

If in 3 working days your order has still not arrived, please get in touch with our customer service team at with your order number and we will sort this for you.

Leaf Envy offers a 30-Day Plant Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage proper plant care. This policy covers all plants for 30 days from purchase, offering replacements or refunds for plants that arrive damaged or develop issues despite proper care.

Guarantee Highlights

  • Eligibility: Applies to all purchases from Leaf Envy.
  • Covered Conditions: Includes plants arriving damaged or showing issues within 30 days despite following care instructions.
  • Exclusions: Excludes problems from neglect, improper care, external factors, or uncontrollable events.

Simplified Claim Process

  1. Notify Leaf Envy: Report issues within 30 days, including descriptions and photos.
  2. Complete Care Questionnaire: Help us diagnose the problem accurately.
  3. Expert Assessment: Our team evaluates your claim.
  4. Resolution: Qualifying claims may receive a replacement or refund. Advice may be offered for care-related issues.

  • Customer Responsibilities: Follow provided care instructions and consult our team for care queries within the guarantee period.
  • One-Time Replacement/Refund: Limited to once per plant, subject to availability.

Shared Responsibility and Loyalty Benefits

  • Shared Delivery Costs: For approved replacements, delivery costs are partly covered by Leaf Envy and the customer.
  • Free Delivery for Qualifying Conditions: Full cost covered for delivery issues or incorrect items.
  • Loyalty Program: Members enjoy waived delivery fees for up to two replacements annually and priority handling.

Leaf Envy may revise this policy, ensuring clear communication of any changes. Our commitment is to balance customer support with sustainability, fostering successful plant care partnerships.

Fresh deliveries

We always send your plants & pots to you on a next day delivery service so the plants spend the least amount of time in darkness as possible. Once they leave our studio you will receive a notification from our delivery partner so you can track your parcel.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver nationwide throughout the UK, with the exceptions of the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. Any order put through with a delivery address in these regions will be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking Your Parcel

Our delivery partner will email you with an hour-long time slot on the morning of your delivery, and the opportunity to leave instructions for the courier - such as "leave in a safe place" or "deliver to a neighbour".

We recommend always following the tracking link and changing your preferences to ensure that your plant is not returned to a depot or left in the box longer than it needs to be. Leaf Envy cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe space.

Returns & Damages

Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please email within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible, and we'll take care of you. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement.

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages. As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since there may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.

If you are looking to return your pot, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Email us at with your order number and let us know you’re returning the item and we will send you the correct returns address and process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the condition we sent it out.
