Covid Update On Delivery & Staff Safety
We are still open online!
Thank you to everyone who is continuing to support our small business and ordering online for themselves, friends or family - we are so grateful for your support during this uncertain and challenging time.
However, things are a little different right now, and we want to be clear on the measures that we are taking to ensure we can continue sending beautiful botanical goods to your doorstep.
Delivery & Staff Safety:
We have been overwhelmed by your support, and we are processing orders as quickly as humanly possible while maintaining quality of assurance in our packing procedure and the safety of our staff. We have reduced the amount of people in our warehouse and are following appropriate NHS guidelines to ensure proper cleanliness in the packing area.
We have increased the days of packing and shipping - so that we are now working 4 days a week to process your orders (Mon - Thur).
We will always send your order on a next day delivery service so that the plants spend the least amount of time in darkness as possible. But please do still allow for 5 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. We always aim to send them out as soon as possible, so your order may come before then. You will get a notification via email or text once your order is out for delivery, so you can track it with our delivery partner.
We are still processing returns of our planters within our usual 14 days timeframe. If this changes, we will update you.
