SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free delivery on all orders over £50. A shipping charge of £5 will apply to all orders below £50.
Our plant subscriptions are all packaged and shipped free of charge, as are shop orders over £50. Shop orders less than £50 are shipped for a flat rate of £5.
Your order will reach you within 3- 5 working days (often more quickly). We send our plants out on Express24, so they spend the least amount of time travelling as possible.
We deliver nationwide throughout the UK, with the exceptions of the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Island, the Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles. Any order put through with a delivery address in these regions will be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do our utmost to ensure that your plants arrive safely to your door and will always email when your order is on it's way. if you have any queries about your order please email us at email@example.com. Leaf envy cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place.
The final date for placing Christmas orders will be 17 December 2019. Our final Christmas shipping date will be 18 December for delivery 19 December. Normal shipping will then resume on 6 January 2020.

If your plant or planter comes damaged, send us a note within 14 days along with pictures of the damage to email@example.com and we’ll take care of you. As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since there may be some natural variation to the plant and every plant is unique.
We accept returns on unused products outside of plants. You'll need to cover return shipping costs. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know you’re returning the item because of damage.
