Can Spider Mites Cause Damage?

%list2_description_start%
In short, yes, they can be truly damaging to plants.
<br/>
While most bugs will use plants to nest in or eat slowly, spider mites seem to have a very short lifespan and are therefore very aggressive when it comes to eating and nesting. This results in them really going to town on the leaves of your plant.
<br/>
The more damage they create, if left untreated, the more difficult it will be for your plant to recover.

How Can I Spot Them?

The best way to check for spider mites is simply to keep checking over your plants regularly. Look for little webs underneath the leaves and branches. However, their presence will become a lot more obvious if your plant leaves start to look mangled, mottled or curl inwards.

How Can I Clear Away These Pests?!

<br/>
The best way to clear spidermites is to use 100% natural Neem Oil. It's an organic foliar spray which produces healthy and shiny leaves on most plants and is degradable. Apply Neem Oil by spraying the plant, making sure the leaves are completed coated in oil. Best to do this every 5 days,

<br/>

Only apply Neem Oil in indirect light to avoid foliage burning and give the oil time to soak into the plant. Do not use Neem Oil in extreme temperatures, either too hot or too cold.
